Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At Tiny Muscle Movers & Junk Removal, we strive to provide dependable, high-quality moving services. Because our scheduling involves reserving dedicated time slots and labor, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your moving date.

Cancellations & Refunds

• The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or changes of plans.

• You may reschedule your move and apply your deposit to a new date if notice is given at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move or failure to appear on the agreed date will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

• No refunds are provided once services have been completed.

Special Circumstances

If Tiny Muscle Movers & Junk Removal must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or equipment issues), we will notify you promptly and your deposit will be applied to a new date of your choice.

5. Liability and Damages

Tiny Muscle Movers & Junk Removal takes great care in handling your belongings. However, we are not responsible for:

• Items packed by the customer

• Pre-existing damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control

Claims for damages must be made in writing within 48 hours after the move.

6. Insurance Coverage

We offer two tiers of insurance protection:

1. Released Value Protection

This standard coverage reimburses $0.60 per pound for damaged or lost items. It is included at no additional cost and required by law.
Example: If a TV weighs 50 lbs, the reimbursement would be $30.

2. Full Value Coverage

This optional plan provides reimbursement based on the depreciated value of the item (current worth, not purchase price).

• Available for a $450 non-refundable fee

• Covers the replacement of the item with a used equivalent of similar value

Before the move, customers must list the specific items to be covered and their estimated current values.

Insurance Limitations and Exclusions

Insurance does not cover:

• Cash, coins, or important documents

• Plants, animals, or perishable foods

• Automobiles, boats, or motorized vehicles

• Items moved by the customer

• Normal wear or vibration-related damage

• Valuables over $100 per pound unless declared

• Damage from war, natural disasters, or illegal activity

• Items previously damaged or improperly packed

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate move details

• Ensuring clear and safe access to all areas

• Notifying us of oversized or heavy items (650 lbs or more)

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or misrepresented service requests.

8. Comments and Reviews

Parts of this website may allow users to post reviews or comments. Tiny Muscle Movers & Junk Removal does not pre-screen content, and opinions expressed are those of the individual users.

By posting, you agree that:

• You have the right to share the content;

• The content does not violate any rights or laws;
